4 Age Eligibility & Access
To open an account and use services on kxd8, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Please ensure that online gaming is lawful for you under the laws applicable in your area.
- Accounts belonging to persons under 21 will be closed immediately.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.
6.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = wagering ৳10,000 makes the bonus winnings withdrawable.
6.3 General Bonus Terms

- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
- kxd8 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
- If you wish to withdraw real funds after accepting a bonus, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

7 Fair Use Policy & Prohibited Activities

- Misusing bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts

8 Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Closure by User
You may close your account at any time through support. Withdraw any available balance before closing. The self-exclusion option is available as part of responsible gaming.

kxd8 may temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:
- Any violation of these terms
- Inconsistencies in identity verification or lack of cooperation

8.3 Balance Return
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, kxd8 will consider returning legitimate real funds (excluding bonus balance) after a full investigation.
